EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY

At Tingstad we take advantage of the strengths of our employees and we seek to develop these together. Whether you start with summer internships in our warehouse or as a trainee after your studies, there will be room for you to create your own role within the company.

When recruiting we first of all look if we have the resources internally that possess the skills the job requires. It is estimated that we need to recruit externally the open position will be announced on our website.
Tingstad also offer regular trainee periods where you get a unique opportunity to work closely with our senior management with the expectation and hope that we will be able offer you a permanent contract at the end.
